How will I know where my stuff is during transit? +
You'll have a dedicated move coordinator you can contact directly at any time. We provide a clear delivery window before your move and give updates along the route β no silence for a week.
What if my move-out date changes? +
It happens β we understand. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule. We're flexible, especially when you give us a few days notice.
Is a deposit required, and is it refundable? +
Yes, we require a deposit to reserve your move date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us in advance β we'll walk you through our policy and work with you on a solution.
How do I know my belongings are safe during the move? +
We use professional packing materials, furniture blankets, and secure loading techniques on every move. Your items travel in a dedicated truck β not mixed with other shipments β which means less handling and less risk.
What's the difference between released value and full-value protection? +
Released value is basic coverage included at no extra cost β it pays $0.60 per pound if something is damaged. Full-value protection covers the actual replacement cost of your items. We recommend discussing this with your coordinator before your move.
What items can't you move? +
We can't transport hazardous materials (propane tanks, paint, chemicals), perishable food, or live plants on long-distance moves. Valuables like jewelry, cash, and important documents we recommend keeping with you personally.
